Machetes & Melanin is an immersive cultural experience in partnership with Carolina Farm Trust inspired by the harvest season of the cacao pod. Centered around the symbolism of the machete as a tool of both labor and liberation, this family-friendly event brings together Black artistry, agricultural heritage, and ancestral traditions.
